Start a remote support session

For existing clients. Call us at (480) 382-3289 and we'll give you a session code, then enter it below so we can see your screen and help.

  1. Call us

    Call (480) 382-3289. We'll read you a short session code.

  2. Enter the code

    Type it in the box above and click Connect.

  3. Click Accept

    On the next page, click Accept to agree to the support session.

  4. Download the app

    Click Download Application. Your browser saves a small support app.

  5. Open the file

    Open the downloaded file to connect. You can watch everything we do and end the session at any time.
